Booking and cancellation policy

Reservations must be made online, by phone, or via WhatsApp and are confirmed only after payment.

After confirmation, the customer will receive instructions for accessing the assigned parking space via email.

Reservations can be cancelled or modified up to 24 hours before the start time with a full refund.

For cancellations made within 24 hours of the start of the stay, the amount is non-refundable.

Access to the car park is not permitted without a confirmed reservation.
