Cancellation Policy

Reservations must be made online and are confirmed only after payment. After confirmation, the customer will receive instructions for accessing the parking space via email. Reservations can be canceled or modified up to 24 hours before the start time with a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the start time are non-refundable. Access to the parking lot is not permitted without a confirmed reservation.
